I spoke with Andrew about doing a simple job, he quoted me 100 dollars and that was a good price, he said it would take about an hour. I told him I would give him a good tip and it all sounded excellent for the next day. I texted him the details and asked him what time he could do the job. He did reply hours later and said he could do it between 10 and 11am. I informed him I live an hour away and that time windows is excellent. I texted again the next morning and informed him I was leaving to drive to toledo. I didn't receive a response, after sending multiple texts informing him i was there, and trying to call multiple times, he finally replied via text around noon, 1 to 2 hours after the time frame he picked! His reply was, can we reschedule. I replied not really!!! , I drove an hour there one way and needed this job completed, and waited in a hot car for 3 hours to no avail! I texted him asking what time he could make it and never got another reply. This guy sucks for disrespecting my time and business, I would have tipped him 50 to 100 dollars and took him to lunch. And most likely, would have continued business with him in the future ! I don't doubt he can do the job.he ju

Just want to give props were props are due!!! Andrew did an exceptional job on redoing my amps and building a amp rack. Customization job is a 5 star. Did some trouble shooting, fixed issues. Professional, knowledge, affordable. His work speaks for it self. And the sound is amazing. Thanks for everything!!!

Iβm going to agree with Ryan M. If they are not interested in your project they will just ghost you. Called and got VM, texted as instructed for a faster response and I received a text back hours later asking for additional info. I responded and never heard back from anyone?

Tried to call to schedule an appointment during normal hours and on the voicemail it said for faster response text your question. I received a response and then explained what needed done- no response. Tried again- no response. Very disappointing. Ended up taking the car to Premier Audio in Ann Arbor and was thrilled- suggest making the drive up north if you want quality work at a great price- skip these guys.
